Terms of service

The rules for using Nard Online: accounts, conduct at the table, coins and purchases, and fair play.

These Terms govern your use of Nard Online (“the Game”), operated by Pixhelm (“we”, “us”). By playing, as a guest or a signed-in player, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Game.

The Game is operated by Pixhelm LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17389527, with its registered office at Suite 11114, 5 Brayford Square, London, United Kingdom, E1 0SG. These Terms are an agreement between you and Pixhelm LTD.

01Acceptance & eligibility

You may play as a guest or sign in with an email address, Google, Apple, HUAWEI ID or VK ID. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your region, and old enough to use online voice and chat features where minimum ages apply.

02Your account

  • Keep your sign-in credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.

  • Choose a nickname that isn't offensive or impersonating; we may reset names that break these Terms.

  • You can export or delete your account at any time in the app's settings (see account deletion).

03Fair play & community conduct

We operate a zero-tolerance policy for abuse. When using voice chat, text chat or emotes you agree not to:

  • use profanity, harassment, threats, hate speech or discriminatory language;

  • cheat, exploit bugs, collude, use bots or tools that interfere with matchmaking or play;

  • deliberately stall or disrupt matches, or impersonate others.

Players can mute, block and report others. Breaking these rules may lead to muting, temporary suspension or a permanent ban. Leaving an online match early may count as a loss.

04Online play

Online features (quick match, private rooms, spectating, leaderboards, reconnection) are server-hosted and provided “as available”. Dice for online matches are rolled on our servers. We may hold your seat for a short time after a disconnect; if it passes, the match may be decided. We aim for fairness and uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

05Purchases, virtual coins and ads

Nard Online is free to play. It offers optional purchases (coin packs, Remove Ads and the Season Pass) processed by the App Store, Google Play, HUAWEI AppGallery, Samsung Galaxy Store, RuStore or, on the web, Paddle (see Pricing). You may choose to watch optional rewarded ads to earn coins, and offline play may show interstitial ads, which a one-time Remove Ads purchase removes. Coins and cosmetic items are virtual, have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy and as required by law. There is no real-money wagering or gambling.

06Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Game and delete your account at any time.

07Disclaimers & liability

The Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Game. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.

08Changes & governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes are reflected in the “last updated” date above. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, whose courts have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, nothing here removes the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
