Deleting your account

How to delete your Nard Online account and what happens to your data.

In the app (immediate)

Open Profile → Account → Delete account (on tablets: Settings → Account → Delete account) and confirm. Your account, profile, statistics, coins, cosmetics, friends and messages are deleted immediately and cannot be restored.

By email

If you can no longer open the app, email support@pixhelm.com from the address linked to your account with the subject “Account deletion request”, and include your nickname. We complete email requests within 30 days.

What we keep

Records we must keep by law, such as purchase receipts for tax purposes, are kept for the period required and then deleted. Fair-play logs (IP address, device identifier) are deleted after at most 90 days.

Before you delete

You can download a copy of your data first in Profile → Account → Export my data.
